Berlin’s electronic music powerhouse and Berghain staples Leisure System are back with their monthly show. This time, label founders Barker and N>E>D dug up a hitherto unheard live set from LS artist Rob Clouth, highlighting Clouth’s knack for storytelling and transmitting emotional detail within complex structures. Clouth’s Hidden Structures EP spreads four tracks over thirty mind-bending minutes, his Deep Field 12” displays a talent for creating dancefloor weapons without sacrificing the amazing sound design detail. Rob is a Leisure System family member through and through, currently residing in Barcelona and doing incredible things with creative code.
