When DISCLOSURE played Leisure System for the first time in 2012, brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence had already scored two Top 20 hits in the UK. In the two years since they've experienced astronomical pop success, with »Settle« debuting at number one on the UK Albums chart and receiving Grammy and Mercury Prize nominations. At Leisure System they'll be doing something a little different—DJing as opposed to their usual live show, which is sure to highlight their knowledge of classic UK house and garage with the eclectic energy we prize at Leisure System.

Joining the pop behemoths is Axel Willner aka THE FIELD, who will be playing a new solo club set focused on material from his latest exercise in ecstatic loops »Cupid's Head«. Also on the bill are shadowy UK outfit AKKORD, who released the critically acclaimed self-titled LP on Fabric's in-house label Houndstooth and will be bringing razzy rave and suitably deep, dubby electronics in a dual DJ set. Rounding out the lineup in Berghain will be our Leisure System residents BARKER (of Ostgut Ton's Barker & Baumecker) and the always-unpredictable DISCIPLINE.

Our friends at Finest Friday have brought in a lineup that functions as Leisure System's emotional counterpoint, featuring 1/3 of Hessle Audio triumvirate PEARSON SOUND, the looping techno of anonymous Swede ABDULLA RASHIM, and on the lighter side of things MARCELLIS of Millions of Moments and FRANCIS INFERNO ORCHESTRA, with a forthcoming 12" on New York's Let's Play House.
